A delicious sweet-tart compote which can be eaten on its own, as an ice-cream topping, or used in any baking project.  Made with 'extra-light' honey syrup.  Mix any extra juice with a bit of cold or hot water for a tasty beverage.

INGREDIENTS:  Fresh Local Rhubarb, Local Raw Honey, Distilled water

MODIFICATIONS:  Can be made with Organic Cane Sugar instead of Honey.  NOTE:  Modified batches require a minimum order of 6 items.
