It's Sweet Heat for those spicy connoisseurs.  A mix of Hot Peppers in a sweet brine, allowed to infuse for months - just like a fine wine.  Bet you can't eat just one.

INGREDIENTS:  Fresh Local Hot Hungarian Peppers, Jalapeno Peppers and Chili Peppers, Local Raw Honey, Local Raw Apple Cider Vinegar, Ground Turmeric and Ground Ginger.

SIZE:  250ml jar.

MODIFICATIONS:  1. Can be made with Organic Can Sugar instead of Honey; 2. with the omission of either spice; 3. with the addition of garlic.  NOTE:  Modified batches require a minimum order of 6 items.
