Terms and Conditions for 5 Cauldron Cookery
Welcome to 5 Cauldron Cookery, a custom catering business that sells specialty preserves and frozen baked foods. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Orders
All orders must be placed through our website or by phone. We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for all custom orders. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.
Payment
Deposits, if required, are due at the time of ordering. Remaining payments are due at the time of pickup. We accept all major credit cards and debit through PayPal as well as cash onsite.
Cancellations
Special order deposits are non-refundable unless we are unable to meet an order. Orders may be cancelled by the customer up to 7 days before scheduled pick-up with some refund possible if the custom batch has not been started. Refunds will be determined on an order by order basis.
Delivery
We do not deliver to individual customers. Pick-ups will be arranged with time and date included on Customer Order Receipts.
Pick-Up
Will be arranged with time and date included on the Customer Order Receipt. Failure to arrive within the scheduled meeting time will be an abandonment of the order and no refund will be issued. Subsequent arrangements, determined on an individual basis, may have additional delivery fees applied.
Food Safety
Although our Food Safe Certified cooks take all steps possible to prevent cross contamination, the Inspected Kitchen is used for all types of cooking. Therefore there remains a very small risk of exposure and clients are advised to take precautions. Browse our menu today to see how each recipe can be made to order for you.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of 5 Cauldron Cookery and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use or reproduce any content without our express written consent.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages or losses that arise from the use of our website or the consumption of our food. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for personal injury, property damage, or loss of profits.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from the use of our website or the consumption of our food will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
