Fresh local strawberries cleaned, hulled and halved.  All the work is done for you!  Eat them dried like candy or rehydrate and use just like fresh. 

APPROXIMATE CONVERSION:   1 pint of fresh = 3/4 lb fresh.  1 lb of fresh = 1.5 oz dried.   So, 1 pint fresh = about 1.125 oz dried or 31.5 g
