Fresh local strawberries have an intense and mouth-watering flavour.  Canned in local raw honey, you can enjoy them year round.  Use the berries in baking, on icecream or pancakes, or just on their own as a sweet treat.  Of course the juice in the jar is its own treasure!  Add a bit of water and you have a wonderful drink, or use it as a syrup to infuse other cooking and baking dishes.
